Hi, I’m Alina…

I opened Exhale Psychology Group because I wanted to do therapy differently. I envisioned a space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported—not just as a client, but as a whole person. At Exhale, we prioritize authenticity, connection, and real human experience. Therapy shouldn’t feel clinical or distant; it should feel safe, supportive, and sometimes even a little fun.

As a Registered Psychologist with over 15 years of experience across non-profits, primary health care, and private practice, I’ve learned how to meet people where they are—no matter how heavy their challenges. I pride myself on being authentic, compassionate, and genuinely invested in my clients’ growth.

Outside of work, you can usually find me practicing yoga or group fitness, spending time in nature, connecting with friends and family, watching reality TV, shopping at Homesense, or traveling. I also have a preschooler at home who keeps me on my toes!
