Specializing in the more complex aspects of buying and selling, Kia works with clients navigating difficult life transitions such as loss and grief, divorce, separation, senior transitions, and the empty nest phase. Her deep understanding of emotional well-being, combined with her expertise in real estate, allows her to guide clients through challenging processes with empathy, care, and clarity, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way. Kia holds a passion for public speaking and loves the opportunity to network, be inspired by and inspire others! Tara has been creating art for as long as she can remember and started 2 AM Illustrations in 2021, as a passion project that ended up turning into a full-blown business. Now she creates artwork such as portraits, logos, illustrations and branding for businesses and families all over Canada. As a former teacher she also consults and mentors others in Instagram marketing and using social media for your business. Over the last few years she has grown her brand to over 21k followers, has gone "viral" multiple times, and her content has reached over 1.6 million accounts. She credits the majority of this to her approach to Instagram marketing and making reels and loves to teach others how to do the same for their own businesses.
