We offer a place to breathe, relax, learn, reflect, share, and connect. There is so much power in being seen by others who may relate to your life and your struggles; you don't need to feel alone in this journey.

Millennial Women's Club
Welcome to the Club! Our support group will provide a nurturing environment where millennial women can share experiences, gain insights, and support each other through the unique challenges and opportunities of modern life.
Our group is a blend of therapeutic techniques and peer support. Under the guidance of Alina Rokhman (registered psychologist), participants will engage in meaningful discussions, therapeutic exercises, and skill-building activities aimed at fostering resilience, self-compassion, and personal growth. Topics include: values, diet culture, intergenerational trauma, perfectionism, limiting beliefs, boundaries and assertiveness, people pleasing, self compassion, and more.
This is a confidential and judgment-free zone where you can express yourself openly and honestly. Groups like this have been shown to boost self esteem, empower people, in a safe and supportive setting.
Whether you are navigating the challenges of being a millennial woman in modern society, seeking deeper connections, or striving for greater self-awareness, our support group is here to help you on your journey. Join us to connect with like-minded women, share your story, and find the support you need to flourish in all aspects of your life.
Together, we will create a community of strength, understanding, and empowerment. Welcome to a space where your voice is heard, your experiences are validated, and your growth is celebrated.

When? January 14, 2025 to February 18, 2025
Rate $750 per person (Registration ends January 6, 2025)
Payment for the whole group is taken at once, upon registration, and no refunds will be issued. If you have to give up your spot, you will receive a credit on your account to be used toward other services or future groups/workshops.
Receipts will be issued every week, that can be submitted to insurance. Please check with your insurance provider for their group therapy policy.

Calm Minds & Resilient Hearts: Navigating Anxiety in Children & Teens
This is an educational webinar about anxiety in kids and youth. Learn how to truly understand anxiety in your young ones, AND how to help. We will learn how the brain and body works. Then we will learn strategies to help coach so that anxiety isn’t the boss anymore. You are the most important person in your kid’s life, and can learn tools to feel more prepared and empowered in these difficult situations.

Level Up: New Tools for Today's Man
Join therapist Melanie Taylor (MSW, RSW) for a 6 week informational support group for men. Each weekly session will provide information on different topics such as mental health, trauma, healthy relationships, and understanding emotions. The last hour will be spent discussing, sharing, and supporting one another. This is an opportunity for men to learn, share, and grow their knowledge and skills while receiving support from their peers.
